Gym Leader Application Form Guidelines

Welcome to the Pixelmon Legends Gym Leader Program! As a Gym Leader, you’ll have the unique privilege of running your own gym and challenging players to prove their skills.

Note: Only those with the Gym Leader rank can apply for this prestigious role.

What You'll Get As a Gym Leader:

- Official Recognition as a Certified Pixelmon Legends Gym Leader.

- Supply of Badges to Hand Out to Victors.

- Official Warp on the Rotom Dex Players can Travel to Anytime.

- Special Prefix Badge Before Your Name, for example Electric Gym [E]

Follow the form below to submit your application.

Gym Leader Application Requirements:

1. In-Game Name:

   • Please provide your exact Minecraft username.

2. Gym Theme:

   • Choose a theme for your gym (e.g., Fire-type, Water-type, Mixed-type, or any creative theme you can come up with).
   • Briefly explain why you chose this theme and how it will make your gym unique.

3. Gym Location:

   • Indicate where you plan to build your gym or if you already have a location prepared. (Note: Gym locations must be approved by the server staff to avoid conflicts or overcrowded areas.)
   • If you do not have a location, staff can help you choose one.

4. Gym Layout and Design:

   • Describe the layout or design idea for your gym. Consider including details like:
     • Type of terrain (e.g., forest, mountain, underground)
     • Gym layout (e.g., battle arena, waiting area, decorative elements)
   • You may also attach any screenshots, sketches, or plans to give us a visual idea of your concept.

5. Gym Battle Rules:

   • List the rules for battling in your gym:
     • Maximum Pixelmon level
     • Battle format (single battle, double battle, etc.)
     • Restrictions (e.g., no legendaries, no healing items)
   • If possible, please balance the rules to ensure a fair challenge for players.

6. Gym Leader Pixelmon Team:

   • Provide details of your main gym team. This should include:
     • The types of Pixelmon you’ll use (to fit your gym theme)
     • Levels of your Pixelmon (consider balancing levels for a fair challenge)
     • Any special strategies or unique moves your team will use to create a fun and challenging experience.

7. Gym Badge:

   • Propose a request for the badge players will earn from your gym.

8. Gym Management Commitment:

   • How often can you be available to manage your gym and accept challengers? (e.g., daily, several times a week)
   • Be ready to maintain your gym regularly, as inactive gyms may be closed.

9. Extra Challenges (Optional):

   • Are there any extra features you want to add to make your gym stand out? (e.g., puzzles, parkour, timed challenges)
   • Let us know how you plan to make your gym experience fun and unique for players.

Important Notes:

• Once your application is submitted, staff will review it. If approved, you’ll receive a message with next steps, including help with setting up your gym.
• Gym Leader responsibilities: As a Gym Leader, you’re expected to uphold the server’s rules, maintain the gym’s standards, and provide a fair and fun challenge for players.
• Inactive gyms: If you’re inactive for an extended period, your gym may be closed, and another player may take your spot.
